Hello everyone! How are you? I’m OK. Today I went to the library to do some work. I went there at 11 but unfortunately as today was a holiday there were so many people, so I had to use a table in an area of the library that was rather noisy. I was able to get some work done though, but tomorrow I am going to try to go there very early so that I can have a table in a quieter area. Actually, I don’t know if it is quieter or not but each time I studied there it was quiet and everyone was working.
In any case, I am very happy that I have found my motivation to study. It was about time. Right now I am reading a book on morphosyntax, the study of words and sentences and their formation. It’s for one of two reports that I am currently writing. It’s really fascinating especially the syntax. I also started to learn Japanese again this past week; it had been been almost three years since I had studied a kanji. I haven’t decided yet but maybe I will take level 1 of the Japanese proficiency test next year. There is a lot to study for this test but if I take it next year I should have enough time to get ready for it. Recently I have become very busy but I like it and what’s more it’s really interesting. The music, the studying, the Japanese language...it’s finally autumn!
Well, today I am going to present you with a new song. I wrote it after coming back from the library. I am tentatively going to call it ‘Yakumo’. It’s about wanting to leave the city and going to the countryside to have some peace and quiet. Until next time!

Yakumo

Everywhere I go there’s someone around
Everywhere I go no quiet to be found
Can everything just stop for one little day
Can everything just stop so I can be OK
I’m just a little boy come tumbling down
I’m just a little boy from a small town
I’m just a quiet boy who needs to be in peace
I’m just a quiet boy who likes to be in peace.
There's too many people around me
I wanna go to the country
There’s too many people around me
I wanna go to the country
I used to know a place where I’d go
Far far away far away from the noises
I wish I had a place where I could go
Far far away from the noises
Theres too many people around me
I wanna go to the country
There’s too many people around me
I wanna go to the country

No me gusta, there's too much Japanese on this comment page! Haha. Anyway, hope you're doing well Andre. Where did you film that video of the countryside while you were playing? Was that Yakumo?
I've started school now, and I'm beginning to remember what it feels like to not get sleep.
